Our team receives a project request from potential client.

Municipal code is researched to ensure the project is within jurisdiction area.

The project is assigned to a Project Manager.

The project Manager uses their research and tech-survey to decide what signage works best for the location.

An art request is sent to the design team based on the site plan and technical survey.
Design & Permitting

A full rendering of the project based on clients signage standards, is created by our design team using the site plan and technical survey.

The rendering is sent to the client for approval or revisions.

An estimate is generated.

Once the deposit, sales contract, and filled out application is received, the project manager submits permit documents to the municipality.

The municipality checks the design rendering against local sign codes for approval.
Production

Once permits are approved, the Project Manager turns the job over to the fabricating Department.

An Engineer will use CAD to design how signs will be manufactured, routed and installed.

The Project is manufactured in our warehouse.
Installation & Servicing

The project is installed by our professional & experienced team.

The Project Manager continues to check on the site location to ensure a smooth installation.

The Project Manager sends completion photos to client and accounting.

We are on call for any signage or lighting servicing.
